Organizations may participate at the conference as exhibitors or sponsors. Each organization must participate at a minimum of the Bronze level to qualify as a sponsor. Exhibit only does not qualify as a sponsor.

Sponsorships and Exhibit Space are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis – determined by the date and time contracts are submitted. The number and types of sponsorship are determined each year and are subject to change. Sponsor opportunities for the Annual Conference will open May 1, 2024.

Sponsor levels are achieved by combining any of our sponsor options to total the sponsor level you would like to achieve.

**Exhibits are available for purchase only and are not a benefit of sponsorship. Exhibits are 8'x10'. Each exhibit will come with pipe and drape, skirted table, two chairs, trash can and basic wireless internet and locations will be assigned by TASSCC.

Sponsorship Information

TASSCC accepts Annual Conference registrations for Full and Associate members only. Non-sponsoring or exhibiting Associate Member organizations may send one (1) registered participant (limit of one membership per organization). TASSCC will cap the number of non-sponsoring associate member registrations to 50. Sponsors/exhibitor attendee registration are limited in number for both complimentary and purchased passes - no exceptions will be made to this number. Participation as a sponsor at the Annual Conference is only available to Associate Members of TASSCC. Each organization must participate at a minimum of a Bronze level to qualify as a sponsor. Sponsorships are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis – determined by the date and time sponsorship applications are received.

*The Conference Attendee List will include Name, Organization, Title, Email Address, Zip Code of all attendees who do not opt out of communications. This will be received once before, in time to alert participants of special events, booth numbers, etc. Bronze & Exhibitors will receive only the list post-event.

Please Note: TASSCC does not and will not solicit or sell our attendee lists outside of our sponsorship offering associated with our events. Any direct attempts to solicit purchase of our lists should be considered malicious SPAM. Please mark them as SPAM in your email system and delete them immediately. All eligible sponsors will receive an official copy of the list from TASSCC at the close of the event.
