This talk will go beyond the basics of Agile and Scrum and discuss the impacts that becoming Agile will have on an organization. We will focus on the effects an Agile approach will have on contracts and procurement and project management. In addition, we will also discuss the changes to the way that developers create the software. This will include Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and refactoring and the impact that these practices have on contracts and project management.
