The State of the State Conference is a one-day event presented by TASSCC that brings together technology directors from Texas state agencies and institutions of higher education to discuss the strategic direction of technology in Texas. TASSCC members will examine the role of IT in state government and higher education, explore future trends, and hear in-depth discussions on topics currently impacting public sector IT.

The Hyatt Regency Austin is located at 208 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX 78704. Driving directions to the hotel.
Self-parking in the hotel garage is complimentary for all State of the State attendees. You will need to take a parking ticket when you arrive. You DO NOT need to have the ticket validated, in order to receive credit for the parking, simply pick up a green parking ticket at the conference registration desk and you can use it to exit the garage. The parking voucher does not allow in and out privileges and only one voucher will be issued per attendee. Valet parking will be available at a rate $21 per day or $34 overnight. This information is updated with correct pricing.

CANCELLATIONS
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before November 22, 2019. No refunds will be granted after November 22, 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant at info@tasscc.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone.
SUBSTITUTION
Substitute attendees may be named prior to December 6, 2019 or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant at info@tasscc.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
