State of the State 2007 - Registration

To qualify for the early registration discount, registration and payment must be received by November 9, 2007. Online registration ends November 30, 2007. Onsite registration will be available Monday, December 10 at 7:30 am.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before November 23, 2007.  No refunds will be granted after November 23, 2007.  Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant.  No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Substitution Policy
Substitute attendees may be named prior to November 30, 2007.  Notification of substitute must be submitted in writing from the original registrant.  No substitutions will be taken by phone.

Breakfasts, breaks and lunch will be provided as part of the conference registration fee. Dress is business attire for the conference.
