Registration
The conference will be held in Galveston, August 10-13, 2008. The event begins with a reception Sunday, August 10 at 6:00 pm, and concludes at noon on Wednesday, August 13.
To qualify for the early registration discount, registration and payment must be
received by July 11, 2008. Online registration ends August 1, 2008. Onsite registration will be available beginning Sunday, August 10 at 2:00 pm.

You must reserve your room directly with the Moody Gardens Hotel no later than July 19, 2008. We encourage you to call promptly, since rooms are subject to availability. You will be required to provide a credit card to secure your reservation.
Breakfasts, breaks and lunches will be provided as part of the conference registration fee. Dress is business casual during the day, casual or business casual in the evening.
CANCELLATIONS
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before July 18, 2008. No refunds will be granted after July 18, 2008. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant. No cancellations will be taken by phone.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitute attendees may be named prior to August 1, 2008. Notification of substitute must be submitted in writing from the original registrant. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
