TASSCC Technical Education Conference (TEC)

The TASSCC TEC Conference featured outstanding speakers such as John Miri and Gary Gumbert who helped attendees focus on Results 2.0 – Delivering & Communicating IT’s Business Value.   Attendees gained valuable insights for the effective use of virtualization technologies; techniques for communicating the business value of IT; and what the future holds for the intersection of collaboration, security and business processes.  In addition, the conference was held at a new location, the AT&T Conference Center, which received great reviews from the attendees.   TEC brought together technology directors from Texas state agencies and institutions of higher education to network and share ideas on one of the more challenging aspects of information technology, focusing on results to deliver the value expected from customers.
