
The 2010 TASSCC Annual Conference was a great success!
Experienced public sector IT professionals considered the TASSCC Annual Conference to be one of the best and most affordable opportunities for learning and sharing in Texas. The conference focused on the unique opportunities and problems that we face in delivering services to citizens, this event has earned a loyal following of participants. The conference provided two-and-a-half days of top-quality education for minimal cost, and the networking opportunities were priceless! Information Resource Managers also obtained the majority of thei required continuing education credits by attending the conference.
The conference, was held at the Westin Park Central Hotel in Dallas, begun with a 7:00 p.m. reception on Sunday evening, August 1, 2010, and concluded at noon on Wednesday, August 4, 2010.
"TASSCC 2010: Cowboy IT Up, Riding the Technology Evolution" was the theme of this year's conference. We had an outstanding agenda filled with excellent speakers, many of whom provided the attendees with the tools and insight to help them successfully navigate their way through some of today's pressing topics, including virtual technology, knowledge management and innovative technology advancements.
