Biography

Bowden has over twenty-two years of public and private information technology experience.  After graduating with a BBA and MBA in Management from the University of Texas at Austin, Bowden joined the Austin office of Andersen Consulting and worked for several State of Texas clients including the Texas State Treasury, the Comptroller of Public Accounts and the Texas Department of Human Services.  After Andersen Consulting, Bowden worked in the Applications Development & Maintenance Division for the Texas Employment Commission and later served as the Deputy Director for Information Technology at the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.  Bowden then joined Allied Consultants and worked for the Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division as a project and contract manager prior to accepting his current position at the RRC.
